Our billing cycle begins at the start of each month. You will receive an email notification when a new bill is generated. If you have set up automatic credit card payments, your card will be charged and an invoice will be generated.

Yes, a 23% tax will be included on your monthly bill if you are an individual EU resident or a company with a tax residence in Poland.
We calculate your monthly bill on a daily basis. If you switch plans mid-month, for example, your bill will reflect the combination of both plans for that specific period.
To pay annually, first, subscribe to your desired plan. Then, navigate to the extend subscription page and select the annual option.
To cancel your subscription, log into your account and navigate to the contact support section. Send a brief message explaining that you wish to cancel your subscription. We will process your request within 24 hours.
To pay for your monthly subscription for the next year upfront, log into your account, go to the Account section, and click on the "Extend" button next to the "Extend Subscription Days Left" label. This will allow you to extend your subscription and make payments for the entire year at once. Please note that this is the only option for an annual payment as we only offer monthly billing cycles.
